All services show a starting price and can increase based on hair length, texture, or additional services rendered. Please consult your Stylist with further questions.

Everyone please keep in mind, we are still being told to social distance. There is still a threat of Covid-19.
Our main goal is to keep EVERYONE safe!!!!
Protocols for our establishment are in place!!!
Wearing a mask will be MANDATORY!! No mask, no shirt, no shoes, NO SERVICE.
(Masks will be available for purchase for $1 if you do not have one, or maybe forgot yours at home.)
We will continue and maintain all of our safety practices and procedures, that we implemented before quarantine, along with adding more!!!!! Due to the increase in sanitation, disinfection, and other supplies that are necessary to maintain a healthy environment, there will be a COVID-19 fee of $3, added on to each clients service. Your stylist will add it in to your service fees, at time of payment. And as ALWAYS, our strict cleaning and sanitation habits, honed over many years, will be upheld to the highest standard!! Thank you all so much for understanding!!!! WE APPRECIATE YOU ALL SO MUCH!! Our clients are our family at Phoenix Hair Studio and we want to keep everyone safe!!!
All guests are to wait in their vehicles until they are permitted to enter the building, this is to allow for proper sanitation and disinfection that is needed/required, and limit person to person contact. Please call our salon once you arrive for your appointment, to check in. Your stylist will inform you, of when you may enter the building.
Temperature checks will be mandatory as well as hand sanitation before and after a service.
(We have a thermometer to scan your forehead before entering our establishment).
We also, will now require forms to be filled out prior to your appointment!! Once you schedule an appointment with us, our system will send you a link to the forms!!! Please submit before your appointment day, especially before entering our building!! If you have scheduled and/or schedule an appointment, and for some reason our system does not or did not send you the form.....please contact us and we will send it to you!!!!
Please also keep in mind, that these new protocols are what are being required of us as salon professionals, to keep everyone safe and germ free!!!!

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
ALL SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS MUST BE PERFORMED WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF INITIAL APPOINTMENT OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY BE APPLIED.
We kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50%.
While this fee cannot be refunded, those wishing to reschedule a future service may use this fee as a deposit for their next visit.
All guests who cancel within the 24-hour cancellation or whom “no call/no show” to any appointment will be required to leave a 50% deposit for one of their future services. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within the requested 24-hour time frame.
Refund Requests are at managements discretion and issued accordingly.
Out of respect for our guests, services for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will not be honored at Phoenix Hair Studio's discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for all following appointments.
